Happy Birthday: A discretionary day of “Birthday Leave” means no one works on their birthday. If it falls on a weekend or an awkward day then take it within a week either side of your birthday.
Charity Leave: If you support a charity or local non-profit, we offer 2 additional days to support your cause.
